A:For the discount voucher of 0.2RM off, there is no minimum spend required. For the discount voucher of 3RM off, the minimum spend must be 45RM.

There're 5 ways to collect Jolly Beans:

1. You can get 5 Jolly Beans by first visiting Jolly Bean Shop.(must logged in)

2.You can get 1 Jollybean reward for every 3 PHP recharge in PH/ every 750 IDR in ID/ every RM 0.24 in MY/every 2.1 THB in TH.

3. Complete the top-up missions on the event page.

4. Join FB Giveaway.

5. Redeem mystery box and draw lucy 2023 Jolly Beans during New Year Festival.

【6】What is mystery box?

1. You can redeem mystery box by 11 Jolly Beans.

2. Mystery box only sales during the event.

3. There're 8 kinds of gifts in the mystery box, including iPhone 14,Lazada Voucher,Power Bank,90% OFF coupon, 50% OFF coupon, 5% OFF coupon, 2023 Jolly Beans, 12 Jolly Beans.One prize is randomly selected each time.

4. Each user can redeem a maximum of 12 mystery boxes, and draw them during the event. Mystery box will expire at 24 o'clock Jan.8th.

5.For new users only: 2022.12.22~2023.1.8 users can get 1 Mystery Box by completing 1st top-up on JollyMax

【7】How is my Jolly Bean balance after this event?

Jolly Beans will be invalid after the 31st of December the following year. You can redeem other gifts in the future.

【9】Where are the prizes I received?

1. All prizes you received during the event will be listed on the "My Prizes" page.
You can view all of your prizes on the My Prizes page for more details.

2. Players who cheat in the event will be removed from the winning list.

3. From 2022.12.22-2023.1.10, you need to fill in your receipt information on the My Prizes page, and the physical prizes will be distributed from 2023.1.11-2023.2.30. However, due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee when winners will receive their physical prizes. If we encounter any force majeure to deliver a physical gift, we will change it and send an equivalent cash wallet transfer.

4. The prize delivery address is limited to Philippines + Indonesia + Malaysia + Thailand.
