4. The daily missions will reset at 0:00 UTC+8. Remember to claim your rewards after completing them every day.
5. Please note to check your prizes in "My Prize" and use them within the valid period.
6. The coupons will be valid within 7 days after claiming. Each game UID can only redeem the same coupon once. Attempting to redeem the same coupon for a single game UID obtained from multiple JollyMax IDs will result in failure. Please use different game UIDs for redemption.
7. After winning a physical prize, please provide your shipping address before January 15, 2024. The prize includes shipping fees. Failure to do so by the specified date will be considered an automatic forfeiture. We aim to dispatch prizes before January 31, 2024. Kindly keep an eye on your mail for delivery.
8. How to submit the shipping address for physical prizes? Please click on this link to fill out the details, or click on the profile icon at the top right corner of JollyMax and go to the "My Prize" section to enter the information.
9. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
