Why do I see “Account not found”?
This may happen if the selected region, UID or Server ID does not match your account, including when an outdated Server ID is used after a merger. Recheck these details using the instructions above. If the error continues, contact JollyMax Support before placing an order.
When will my StarCoins arrive, and what if they are delayed?
StarCoins are expected to arrive within 10 minutes after successful payment. If they have not arrived after that time, check your order status and contact JollyMax Support with your order number, UID and Server ID.
What if I entered the wrong UID or Server ID?
We cannot change the receiving account or issue a refund for an order placed with an incorrect UID or Server ID. Before submitting your order, carefully review the server region, UID, Server ID and selected product in the confirmation pop-up. Submit your order only after confirming that all details are correct.
What should I do if my payment fails?
Check your order and payment status before retrying. For a bank decline or risk-control message, contact your bank or use another available payment method. For other processing errors, contact JollyMax Support with your order number and the error message. If you have been charged, do not pay again until your order status is clarified.
